Summer Solstice
We are celebrating the longest day of the year, the beginning of Summer, the change of seasons, the rhythms of nature, and our harmony with those rhythms! We will also be unvailing our mural telling the story of Eastie Farm!

Ready Set Grow: Eastie Farm Seed Starter
We partnered with the Boston Public Library to hold a workshop on sowing and caring for seeds. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about East Boston Branch’s very own seed bank! Learn more by watching the video below!
Garlic Festival
In preparation for this mid-summer harvesting event, each Fall we plant several beds of garlic. The festival is complete with live music and deliciously garlicky refreshments.
Halloween
Each year on the evening of October 31st, we hand out children’s books and other treats. This past year, parents and children alike were delighted to receive mini pumpkins!
