Youth Mentorship

Eastie Farm is partnering with Piers Park Sailing Center, Veronica Robles Cultural Center, and Maverick Landing Community Services to bring career planning services to East Boston youth!

We are offering paid 1-hour mentorship sessions to help you achieve your goals in college and/or career. Interested in an Eastie Farm mentor sitting down with you and helping you to think through your aspirations and how you can reach them? This is offered to young people aged 14-22 living in Chelsea or East Boston. After filling out this intake form, you will be able to schedule an appointment with a mentor.

This mentorship program is an effort to support young people in career and college readiness. We are especially focused here at Eastie Farm on helping young people become aware of green jobs and access green job pipelines. Green jobs are jobs that contribute to a greener, more sustainable, viable future for the earth and all our communities. But we are more than happy to sit down with youth thinking through all of their future aspirations.

This mentorship program is distinct and separate from our Climate Corps program, but participating in a mentorship session makes you eligible to apply to Climate Corps. If you do not live in East Boston or Chelsea, you are not eligible to participate in our mentorship program, but you are still eligible to apply for Climate Corps by participating in two of the events below.
