Farm to Table collaborative at the East Boston Latin Music Festival

Eastie Farm and Pan de Bono collaborate to bring fresh, local, and organic food to our community during for the Zumix East Boston Latin Music Festival. Vegetables used on the dishes were all from our CSA and our Eastie Farm plot. Pan de Bono was there to transform these ingredients into Empanadas, Tacos, Hawaiian Veggie Sliders and Curtido toppings. We look forward to future collaborative projects where zero waste is our number one goal!

The festival was a kaleidoscope of colors, sound, movement, and community building!
